Pause Telkom AGM Agenda Changes The Board of Directors
Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) will not be scheduled changes of directors of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM). Initially, the agenda changes of directors became one of the agenda of general meeting of shareholders (AGM) of annual Telkom today.
Postponement of the agenda because of changes of directors is still hampered discussion of candidates for directors at the Final Assessment Team (TPA).
"But the process goes on. Perhaps because of activity in the landfill," said Minister of State, Mustafa Abubakar, in Jakarta, Friday, June 11, 2010.
Meanwhile, Mustafa went on, other agendas, such as dividend and approved the financial statements will be held on schedule. "Actually, we hope to scheduled changes of directors," he said.
According to Mustafa, the agenda changes of directors of Telkom will be made on implementation of the Extraordinary General Meeting. But Mustafa was not sure when the EGM will be held.
Related dividends, the Ministry of SOEs as shareholder of Telkom's representatives asked for about 50-55 percent. "Probably 55 percent, despite the proposed 50 percent," he said.
He explains, for prospective directors, SOE Ministry has prepared three candidates from the internal. "His name can not be mentioned
