When I just entered the twitter suddenly a lot of my friends who ask what it is Tokyo sandblaster.

First Answer : Ive never heard of a "Tokyo sandblaster", but I have heard of a sandblaster... Ive heard two different definitions for a sandblaster and they both involve sex on a beach:
1. You cover your penis with sand and proceed to have intercourse.
2. You blow it on her face and then throw a handful of sand in her face.
Maybe a Tokyo sandblaster is the above definitions with an Asian chick. That would be my best guess.
The second answer : The Tokyo Sandblaster is a scatological activity. When one person has diarrhea, they get close to their partner's face. Letting it rip effectively blasts the partner and causes them to squint, appearing to have Asian features.
